Creating a Fundraising Strategy

Database Creation, Enhancement and Maintenance

There is no substitute for a dean, well-maintained fundraising database. A good database minimizes bad contact information, duplicates, and returned mail, and maximizes the efficiency of your call time. Premier Benefactor Services enhances and manages each clients fundraising database, adding names of proven Republican contributors and contact information collected during the session. Our goal is to help clients double - and even triple the number of donor prospects on existing databases.

Fundraising Events

We assume responsibility for the logistics of your fundraising events, which include:

  • Coordinating the creation, production, assembly, and mailing of invitations

Fundraising Calls

Coordination of the clients fundraising calls is perhaps the most significant aspect of our working relationship with each client. Premier Benefactor Services coordinates fundraising calls with campaign staff and volunteers; which entails generating call sheets, creating talking points, keeping notes on conversations and pledges, and completing follow-up tasks such as faxing and updating the database. In addition we can arrange for phone and face-to-face appointments with proven high dollar donors, PAC chairs, and corporate leaders.

Campaign Finance Reports

Let Premier Benefactor Services help you solve the puzzle of State Compliance. We complete and submit reports to the Michigan SOS Office in a timely manner, monitor new requirements, and alert you to impending filing dates and procedural changes.
